After completing the form, contact Rachael to set up your in-person consultation. This is when the fun part begins: matching color and density, and choosing the right product line of hair for your unique hair extension needs. Your final costs will be determined at that time.
THE MUST-KNOW:
A credit card must be kept on file and a product retainer fee is collected when booking the installation Appointment. The fee will be used to purchase your hair. Fees are non-refundable. Hair Extensions installation appointments block off quite a bit of salon time. A 48-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. If you cancel the installation appointment under 48 hours, 50% of your service cost will be charged and 100% of service fees are charged for No-call, no-shows.
